The Resource Center serves as a comprehensive resource center for individuals and families seeking assistance with transitioning through life-defying circumstances. It is also designed to assist individuals who are re-entering from prison into society with effective strategies to maximize the opportunity for change. The Overall goal of is to assist clients with accessing services and navigate them through the system with the community resource providers. Starting All Over Outreach Ministries Resource Center partnership and collaboration include representation from various interest groups such as: substance abuse treatment, educational attainment, job development , training and placement, living support services/housing, mental health support, domestic violence and anger management support, religious/ spiritual and inspirational services, HIV/Aids support services, life skills training, DHS/Food stamps, identification processing, child support assistance, GED preparation and pre-testing, family counseling, pre-marital and marriage counseling.

The Men’s Meeting is about sharing experiences and the barriers we face in the community. From gang violence to poverty, we must take a stand as Men. Starting All Over Outreach Ministries offers a comprehensive men’s support group where men can talk about real life problems. This meeting is designed to eliminate the day-to-day pressures that we face as men. From family to relationship problems, the Men’s Meeting allows men to release pressure positively which increases the chances of being violence-free while under Godly counsel. This initiative is designed to reduce the high crime rate of domestic violence.

Each Tuesday - Time: 7 PM

Domestic Violence: 2 Tuesday at 7 PM

Anger Management: 4 Tuesday at 7 PM

Provides electrician apprenticeship course, including hands-on training for apprentices. The Divine Electrical Apprentice Program is certified by the TN Department of Labor. This is a four year program designed to cover the entire residential and commercial electrical field. This program utilizes the curriculum of NCCER (National Center for Construction and Education Research). It requires 576 hours of classroom instruction and 8,000 on-the-job training hours.
